  Great hotel with nice rooms. The fitness centre could do with some weights though. Good location.

  Making a booking over the phone was nice and easy. Arriving we were greeted by such a friendly young lady who gave us all the info we needed and the key to our room. The room was modern and nice. We only stayed overnight so didn't get to use any of the other amenities but if we have to stay in Emerald it'll be here!

  Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Stayed here a few times now for business trips and always comfortable. Some of the little touches are appreciated, real soap, Oreo's, and hand written XMAS cards this time. Highly recommended if staying in Emerald.

  Located little outside the city shops but have it's own restaurant and the tavern next door. The rooms in the two storied building are spacious but lacks sunlight if you are staying in the daytime. The single storied units ( rooms from 31) are bit small but have ample sunlight and you can park next to the unit. I preferred the single storied room. Good WiFi though they had some password issue on one day. They do have a room with a computer and a printer which visitors can use.

  This place was great. Family friendly, pool, playground, family room well set up. Multiple rooms with great disability accessability. Very glad we spent 2 nights here for some rest after a few days in the car with the kids.
