  But today was the last straw for me. Called up for an appointment, told to come straight down, and the Doctor decides to duck out to grab something. 30 minutes later, still no show. I left and won't be back at this practice again. And that's a real shame, since the Doctor is actually pretty great. But like any relationship in life, if you're consistently treated badly, it's time to say "this treatment is not ok", and get the hell out.

  It's absolutely appalling how little respect is given to other peoples time at this practice. We are expected to turn up to our appointments on time, therefore I expect the Doctor to be as on time as possible too. Its just professional, respectful and courteous, its as simple as that. No problems waiting 20 minutes or so, things do happen, but in EVERY instance, I, my best friend and family members that have attended this practice, we are waiting, on average 45mins (appointment time booked). In most instances, we just call before our appointment to check on how they are running. It's saved allot of time.

  Terrible service from the admin staff, had our new born waiting to see the doctor and the "practice manager" decided she had to install a TV Right above my wife, didn't say anything just stood on a chair right next to my wife trying to install a TV?!? Along with that I've never been to a surgery or practice so poorly managed, sick people standing in line waiting to talk to an admin worker, once u finally get to speak to an admin assistant you'll never get a hello and barely any eye contact.!now to the doctors, sausage medicine, just in and out, most of the time with one particular doctor he won't even sit down, just in and out, racking up the numbers!! Having said that there are a few great doctors, but as a practice, it'd be broke within a year if it was in a major city.

  On every time I need to visit a doctor, I enjoy quality healthcare from Emerald Medical Group. Even with a complex medical history. If I have a concern, I know I can ask for asisstance and rarely get disappointed as a result of my inquiries. Staff, even when busy, are helpful, courteous and friendly.

  Have seen three different Doctors there, pretty much the same in waiting times. If I was a walk in appointment, fair enough, but we book appointments to reserve that time and so we can plan our own time and life's priorities. And at a medical practice, atleast being on time some of the time is a reasonable expectation, not consistently way overtime every time. It is definitely the worst practice I've ever attended, in terms of time management. This review bares no reflection on the medical skill of Doctors at the practice, purely on the time management and therefore lack of respect for other people's time.

  We were patients at this practice for 10 yrs and have nothing but positive things to say. I have a very complex medical condition and the staff and doctors there were great. Perfect no, but they always do there best. To thoes who want to criticise I would say you get back the attitude you put out.
