  2 adjoining rooms for 3 adults 2 children. Clean spacious with barbeque and seating outside room. Good grade towels and plenty of hot water.

  My sister and I recently stayed at the Overflow Motor Inn at Emerald on our way to Avon Downs Station near Mount Coolon. The Owners Jan and David Griffith were absolutely delightful. Such lovely friendly people. We found this Motel on the internet as we neared Emerald and it was an absolute Oasis. It was warm comfortable clean and very well serviced. After a long drive from Brisbane that day we couldn't believe our luck at such warm welcoming, down to earth people. So we made the effort to make sure we made it back there on the way home. It was like coming home, we were really tired and this couple and their perfect accommodation meant so much to us both. We had a lovely cup of coffee and toast with them on the morning of our departure and they are so genuine with there interest and friendship we simply could not believe it. It went a long way to making our return visit to the Station we grew up on into a beautiful memory. Definitely returning to this perfect Motel which is really moderately priced.

  We were made to feel extremely welcome from the beginning. Daryls customer service is amazing and nothing was a drama with our last minute booking. Defiantly our choice of accommodation in Emerald on the future.

  Very clean, friendly, affordable, quiet. Well situated, and room well equipped... All that a traveller could hope for! Intended to stay only one night, but stayed two.
