  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!! 0 stars. Business is so poorly managed and unprofessional. Owner would rather talk to stray cats than serve a customer waiting at the counter. Not only were we told we couldn't pick up the truck until 5pm on the day we had it booked for - delaying our move a day, but she had the nerve to charge us for not filling up the fuel tank properly by shining her phone light down the fuel spout! Am very doubtful these trucks get serviced regularly as we came across so many issues with it. They need Gordon Ramsay to come shake some sense into the business.

  Don't use this company, have the worst customer service ever experienced. Won't refund our money after they double booked us as we cancelled our booking cause had to wait to 4pm to get truck, now wants to charge us more all the time saying I've got to deal with 30 other customers that want refunds. This should be ring alarm bells as they can't run a business. I'll never use or recommend these to anyone just a joke.

  terrible customer service! Used this company a year ago to move from Blackwater to Byfield. I recommend that you take photos of trucks before use. We got blamed for a large scratch/scuff mark up the side of the truck "a week after" it had been returned and used again within this time. We declined to pay as this was not our doing and she was quite rude and said she would get lawyers to sort us out. Paid it in the end after abusive messages, just wanted her to leave us alone and as she had our credit card number she said she would just charge us regardless. Found it disgusting that she had no proof of us "apparently" damaging her truck and flat out treated us like the scum of the earth. If it was such a big issue and we had damaged her truck why leave it a week later after other people had used it.Also we had hired and paid for the truck for 2 days. She asked if we could bring the truck back that same night or early next morning as she had another customer that wanted it the next day, so we would get our money back. Did back to back trips to byfield to get it all done and returned to her, no money was returned and we were told that was it. Would rather use a trailer and do 100 loads than use this company. Have never ever come across a business like this ever. No people skills what so ever!
