  Terrible customer service, staff do not take responsibility for the store, rather they get personally offended. They constantly claim that the "Telstra Shop Emerald Village" are not Telstra and do not offer the same deals as them. Get incorrect information each time I call the store, that's if they even pick the phone up.

  Absolutely terrible service...I have been promised s phone call back from the person who signed me to my foxtel package several times that hasn't happened and I get s text to connect me on a totally different day than I had organised in a previous 47 min call to find out they have completely the wrong address for me....and this incompetence is running into 6 weeks now...stay away and avoid at all costs

  Came in at about 5:30 to see if I could get a recontract. He took my details & told me it'd be less than an hour & he'd ring me when he had someone available to serve me. Well, no call. Went back close to 7 to ask what the hell was going on & turns out they shut at 7. Not even a courtesy call to say they couldn't fit me in or that they forgot or whatever. Telstra has turned into a complete f*** around now they have that EFM thing. Not impressed. Will go to a different store who wants my business.

  Partner went in to this shop yesterday to see where/how much longer his phone will be. To be spoken really rudely by a little red headed girl. I hope this girl finds a different job because its not a way to get business talking customers like there dumb.
